John Keesee
John is a Senior Advisor with Quantiv Advisory, LLC. Over the past 20 plus years John has been involved in manufacturing, distribution, investment banking and consulting, as both a CFO and Advisor to management teams. In his latest role as a hands-on CFO with a large industrial distributor, he was responsible for Financial Reporting, Human Resources, and Information Technology. The Company was a portfolio-company of a large Private Equity Firm where John was involved in growing the company both organically and through acquisition.
Over a period of five years, John was involved in 10 acquisitions, which included systems integration (integrating numerous legacy systems into common platforms), consolidated and entity level financial reporting, treasury management improvements and key performance indicators. In addition to financial and systems implementation expertise, John is experienced with operations, supply chain and capital project delivery. John has a degree in Economics from East Carolina University and an MBA from Wake Forest.

G eorge is an Associate of Quantiv Advisory, LLC, and a designated Certified Public Accountant (CPA). For the last two years, George worked with Grant Thornton LLP, recently as a Senior Audit Associate, leading engagement teams in the execution of full-lifecycle audits. George also conducted two internships providing accounting, tax, and audit services to a variety of industry clients. With Quantiv, George works with Quantiv delivery teams to solve our clients’ financial and operational challenges.
George provides strong analytical skills in the development of deliverables across a variety of consulting, internal audit, and valuation services. George is skilled using accounting software and data analytic tools and has applied them for the purposes of forensic audit and management review and reporting. George holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration and Master of Accountancy, Business Measurement and Assurance, both from University of South Carolina.
